Who called from 4044001308

Called my cell I didn't answer left no msg

Called my Skype In number that is not published and given to no one twice. I did not answer and they did not leave a message,

Called my cellphone.  Rang once.  Obviously they want you to call back.

Called cell this morning, they hung up before first ring finished. Won't be calling back.

Received several calls from this number but hangs up before able to answe.
