While no clear evidence exists on this, guessing based entirely on other recent like calls that this is about trying to sell domain name services (building websites, etc) from India. Caller name is Roj. He is very rude, when he is asked who he is he responds with you have to have patience and listen. He is calling about new websites. DO not do business with this person
