I got a call from this number today. I never answer calls from numbers I don't recognize. No message. Thank you all for your posts about this number. Getting tired of these stupid calls. It does no good to be on the Do Not Call list.
What they do is bill you and threaten you with collections. They play back the recording of you saying "yes" and claim they can take legal action. It probably would be thrown out in court, but is at least a potentially huge hassle. Sending out the bills isn't that much hassle for them, so they try it to see if they can make any money off gullible people. Scum of the Earth.

I really don't see a recording of someone saying the word "yes" holding up in court, and if they already have your payment info they're likely going to try to charge you either way, but better safe than sorry I guess.
