My husband received a call saying Atty Mr Wilson, he told my husband that he missed a so called court date and he could be arrested. My husband reported them over to the better business bureau, This person couldn't provide my husband with any detailed information or if he had a docket or case number. He just kept saying they had his account. True scam
I received a call from Ms. Harris, stating same thing that I missed a court date. I'm in California, never even been to GA. She also called my Grandmas house. I called the number back and it was now Ms. Andrews and she had a very unprofessional message for her VM, she kept saying um and uh! I knew it was a scam and I hope no one falls for it and gives information!
Received call from a Miss Harris saying Atty Wilson just handed her my file about missed court date and failure to appear. Contacted my attorney, called total scam. Sounds like we all need to file a class action against them for fraud and harassment.
