Just got a call from this number. I did not answer and no voicemail left.

In 24 hrs 10 calls so far. No voicemail left. Called it back and got a recording.it's going on my block list

I am deaf why calling my cell phone I can't hear the phone!

This number called me and did not leave a VM. My phone does not ring if the number is not in my list. But still if it an an important call they would leave a VM. This must be some scammers.
