Who called from 4044004959

Just called my cell left a message very garbled but saying I must call back before they proceed further
I'm sure it's a scam of some sort

Left a message stating they're from the IRS and they've issued a warrant for my arrest. Yeah right, don't answer this caller.

Same as Carol D, said IRS had issued an arrest warrant AND WERE SURVEILING ME.
Right, IRS isn't going to call you with a computerized voice to tell you they issued an arrest warrant and are surveiling you.
Why would they tell you they are watching you?, why would they watch you?  it would defeat the purpose of watching someone!!
Some scammer has a list of people with tax liens and is looking for really stupid / scared people to scam!!
