I had a call they left message saying took out payday loan in 2013..said I had two felony charges ...cause I gave them false info.??? Had problems with my ex so I did close the account..now I was stupid gave them my info..I was scared so...now I don't know what to do...think maybe ex did something in my name...how do you know if it is legitimate or not??
If they call back, do not give them any information!! It's all a scam and THEY are breaking the law by using threat tactics! They trick people, don't fall for it!
Has anyone Contacted this person back. I got a call from 404-400-5391 Elizabeth Waymier From the Fraud Department stating I needed to call he back or have my attorney call back today as she has a claim against my name. Do I truly need to call this person back or is this just another scam?
