received a message from Mrs. Jones that Attorney Wilson states that I failed to respond to a notice about a court date...There has been not notice of court dates and as far as I know, court date notices come from the court, not attorneys. Sounds like fishing to me.
I have never received any notices of a court date, nor would i be expecting any at all. I received a call from a "Ms Jones" from "Attorney Wilson's office" about a failure to respond to a notice regarding a court date. This sounds horribly fishy to me.
Received a call today from Ms Evans (Paralegal from Wilson office) stating I failed to respond to a notice about a court date. I have never receive any notice about a court date. She states I need to contact the office immediately. I think this is a scam. The number is 404-551-2556. I can't find any record of this Attorney or this phone number.
