I first started getting calls from a strange number that is an international call, ( I know no one out of the country) they speak some form of Latin language ( speak English only) starting with Bueno, I have no idea what they want or who so I hang up. They call everyday several times a day and this has been going on for several months. now I am getting this 404 -404-2738 and it is also in what I assume is Spanish. so i hang up.
Scam calls do not answer. I do not pick up numbers I do not recognize. I put it on my fax machine and they can call that number all they what. Telephone company makes money giving the scammers phone service. As long as the phone service gets paid, the big business telephone company does not care who gets scammed, or gets nuisance calls at all hours of the day.
They call even during the holidays and weekends. I picked up the phone, at first, nobody talked. And then some Spanish accent people would say some names I did not recognize... I told them they dialed the wrong number, before I could finish, they already hung up.
