Received a call from this number with a recording saying they were from cardholder services and that there was no problem with my account, but that I am eligible for a lower rate. Didn't even say which bank or anything. I hung up. I looked up the number and it belongs to a mortuary company, I called back to I got maybe one of the owner's voicemail.
