Some guy with a strong Indian accent, could hardly understand him. Claimed he was from some medical compensation company. I hung up.

i got a call from this number, no message nothing, just hung up on me.

Just called cell phone left no message

Some person which I couldn't understand wanted to give me something.  Told him I didn't have time for anyore scams and hung up.
