Calls 2 or 3 times a day at all hours, just called at 8:45pm . The num shows as portifolio.

2/28 no new reports in 3 weeks, until today.  PRA still has this line in service to harrass people

Received call from this number, no caller ID, no message left.  Not a number I recognize personally or for business.  Called the number back blocking my number and said "Portfolio Recovery"  .. I have stellar credit, don't owe anything, never had a collection account. Did a little research on Portfolio Recovery and they have been involved in several law suits for their harassing collection tactics and calls.  Blocking number.
