When these people call the best way to get rid of them permanently is to stop them after they say this this is a recorded call ... tell them that you did not want your calls recorded if they have any transaction with you do it through the mail. They may try to talk you down but in the end, they will go away because they cannot talk to you if you did not consent to be recorded.
