i got this call from a investigator nelson at404-410-7820 saying that they took over payments for a payday loan. i was late for payments but i did finally payed it back. anyway she said that if i dont pay 3 payments of 200 witch is alot more then the loans that a warrant will be issued and i can see up two a year in jail dont know what to do cant go to jail i have little ones i have to take care of
Received a call from 404-410-7820 saying a arbitration dispute was filed against my ss#. They never stated my name or what the matter was pertaining to. I know none of my accounts are in default because I check for new credit alerts all the time.
