Received call twice in Oct. and now in Nov. Did not answer--no message

I think these people are a scam.  A guy calls asking if you can give a donation and then when you commit patches you over to "quality control" which turns out to be an automated voice recording to get your information. Its a shame that people are trying to take advantage of disabled vets... smh.
