Who called from 4044184651

I had a missed call from this number. I called back and it rang and rang and never an answer. My son is in Afghanistan and I was afraid I had missed a call from him and was trying to see if it  was a credit card call. Now I know it just someone trying to steal information. Good luck on stealing my ID. Won't get you much but collection calls.

Atlanta, GA on my cell phone. Answered and caller hung up. It is illegal to telemarket to cellular telephones. I lodged complaint on DONOTCALL.GOV

I got a call from this number and since I didn't recognize the number I did not answer. Having a specific ringtone for such numbers does help.
