Me too--first telltale sign it's crap, the message starts during the outgoing voicemail message. So I don't even know what 'agency' is calling. Nice try, loser....that's not how agencies advise you of a problem. Don't fall for it!
Robo call about outstanding warrants and that if not taken care of will be in custody in 24 hours. I started laughing out loud. The voice isn't even human... didn't wait for the answering machine to pick up so the first part was cut off. Definitely a scam... most definitely a phishing scam to scare you into releasing information. No one is going to go directly to this tactic even if you DID have outstanding warrants, the court would be contacting you by mail first or by subpoena.
Left me a voicemail saying I needed to return their call in order to resolve a case involving me and 4 criminal charges. Obviously it's a load of crap.
