Received 4 calls from them today while I was at work. They did not leave a message. Thanks for your posts - now I know the deal. They can go straight to voicemail because they won't be talking to me.
Be aware of these phone numbers. They call to possibly change your services. What a coincidence that the day they called me and said:
1) Hello. Is .... here?
2) Yeah that's me.
3) We would like to congratulate you on your gift for keeping your payments on time with AT&T.
4) Yeah ok.
5) We just need to send with one of our representatives here.

6) hello what is your date of birth?
... started asking more boring questions.
everthing was done then.
I received a letter from AT&T that i requested a service that was not authorized by me.
After so many months with AT&T, I never had a problem with them until these "Con Artist Geniuses" called.
This happened in June... On July, i received a phone bill trippled from what I owe now. When I called back AT&T to change my service again, the telemarkters called back to record me again..
