Call left message that was cut off. Said "...press 1 and we'll connect you", then ended message. Sounds like one of those scam calls that when you press the number they ask, they can take over your phone number, making it possible for them to make as many of whatever kind of calls they want billed to your number! BLOCKED.
This is the number that calls when you're connecting to the audio for a WebEx online meeting. If you're not trying to connect to a conference call when it dials your number, someone may have typed your phone number by mistake. (A participant in a web conference enters their own phone number to have access to the audio.) My employer uses this website for business meetings - it's owned by CISCO and is a legitimate company.
This is webex which many companies use for conference calling. The software lets the conference call you so if you get called then someone probably typed your number in by mistake. So it's not a scam but just a typo on the part of a webex user.
