678-619-0640 is apparently their new phone number Karen Rogers called left several messages for me pretty much saying all the same things listed above reported them when I called back she answered the phone by asking if I got a phone call I replied yes then without asking for my name she told me my social security number. trying to find out if I what I need to do if I should call SSA or what I tried calling them I was on hold for at least 1 hour before I gave up and hung up.
They call me from the 'check fraud' division. Inspector so and so says that a case was filed today and that I will be asked to appear in court. I'm still waiting for the court summons (yeah, right!). Bunch of scammers, and what is most insulting about the whole thing is that the 'agents' or 'inspectors' are so illiterate!
got a call today from Robert Frost - same as everyone else - this is not the first call that I have received and I have ignored all of them. I have ignored the past ones that I got and nothing has happened - I plan to do the same with this one. I absolutely refuse to even acknowledge them.
Robert Frost leaves a authoritative sounding message telling me to call back with my lawyer's contact information because they are filing a case in the county and it is time sensitive. Once these people get your number, they do not leave you alone. Every week or two, someone from a different State leaves a message that is very similar sounding. No mention of which county and no mention of what the case is about. I owe nobody money and I checked my bank account and have never received money from a payday loan company. I also checked my credit report and there is nothing on it about a payday loan. This is my fifth call from this group over the last five weeks. The first one said I could pay $3000 to make this go away. The last one before today told the police officer I owed $300. What a scam. I call the police every time they call now and they back off for a week. Each week the call comes from a different state. I'm not returning any of these calls anymore.
This company name Legal Mediation keeps calling me telling me I have an outstanding payday loan and I owe over $500. I now have a warrant out for my arrest. Is this a scam?
today I received a phone call that I was going to have a warrant for my arrest ,for a payday loan so I went on the internet and I saw that they were scammers ,but then I called the company that I originally owed and was told that my case was sent to the state for a worthless check I don't know what to believe !!!!!!
