I have seen several agreeable comments throughout the web about this extremely unprofessional company, if anyone is interested in filing a class action suit against these individuals I think it's an outstanding idea.
Shanna is extremely rude and disrespectful! I do not owe any money but yet she accusing and calling me a liar stating I owe. I then askes to speak to someone else, and was transferred to someone by the name of Tyrone Barnes! He too was rude, rude rude!
