Yes this woman keeps calling me about a debt that I never knew I had. That apartment I lived in said I owed them money and sent the bill to the WRONG address! Next thing I know I'm getting some ignorant speaking woman on the phone telling me about a debt that I never fairly got a chance to pay. I tried speaking to the complex about it, explaining I gave them the new address so something like this wouldn't happen but every time I called or went up there the woman was too busy to talk to me... I don't understand when someone is willing to work with you, you work with them to get your money instead they're hiring some people that were never taught manners. I told the creditor about the situation and she said she didn't care she was hired to ge t the money. Everytime I would try to get off the phone she would insult me, and me being a bad parent because of this! Well after that I told her to F*** OFF and get a real job you stupid B****. I faxed her the "stop calling letter" http://www.fair-debt-collection.com/Disputing ... ing-letter.html she called today and I told her you'll be speaking with my attorney thanks. I called my attorney and he is way eager to take this case I have phone record of her calling and a fax confirmation of sending the letter. I just can't wait! By the way she said the company was called CNS, I looked it up online can't find anything that says CNS what crack a S***. They are going to make someone find out where they live one day and shoot them.
This is a rude creditor. Her name is Ms. Scott.... first name Anastatia. I believe it is Creditors Financial Group based in Georgia. Be very cautious as this group has had MANY law suits filed against them for going against laws that protect the small guys like us who owe any debts. Also, be sure it really is your debt before making any payments. A better thing to do is try to contact whomever sold the account to them and arranging payment directly to the company/person you owe.
