This is the 3rd time in the last several months that I have received a call from this deadbeat number, each time when you answer the call you hear some background noise and then they hang up after you say "hello" the second time. My conspiracy theory is it is an attempt to run up your cell bill with bogus calls, not a lot to any one person, but over time I'm sure the calls add up and some one is making out in the whole deal. I believe it is part of “The Man” sticking it back to us!
Caller doesn't id themselves - yells into the phone " what kind of sick message is this s^%t?" and then continues to have a foul mouth before hanging up.
