Received this call on July 24, 2007, at 2:20 PM. I answered because I've received several calls form this area code lately. It sounded like a "live" call, but no one answered when I said "Hello". Would love to know who this is. Am going to try a call back and will report if anyone answers. "Do Not Call" is really falling down on the job. Can anyone help. This government agency is about as worthless as our congressmen.

Same thing as the call described above. Answered it, silence until a beep much like a FAX opening salvo, but no other sounds, just a disconnect. Could be one of those telemarketers just checking to see what time we're at home. Jerks. I'll have to go back to never answering identified calls and cell phone numbers that I know.
I got a call at 1:59 am and then couldn't go back to sleep. Thanks a lot! I called it the next morning and received a message that the mailbox was full.
