Called the number back at 11pm; "I'm a MONKEY!" is the message! I responded with my own message "I'm very sorry to hear that."

calls and hangs up,I called the number back and got the sound of dialing numbers,then got a recording that says "I'm a monkey" from some guy probably some idiot.

Called back via caller ID as I have relatives in 404 area code and got the "I am a Monkey".  Who are these "sick people"?
