Said it was "Microsoft" and responding to "malicious software being loaded on to my computer" (how would they know!).
I hung up.

Beware off. This scam. Google computer phone scams they are in a call center looking to steal your info they want u to log on the computer  than put a virus on it . They will say your computer has a virus and errors than they ask are Union front off the computer, use common sense u never get a call these scam been a lover the news this and IRS scam.
