They called me at work snd said my name is RICHARD AND THAT I HAD RECEIVED A LOAN FROM QUICKCASH.COM AND THAT I was charged with faurdaid were is the court papers to go to court snd they hsng up
Received a call from someone claiming to work for the Clifton Group. Man with a thick Indian accent said I had committed fraud by accepting a loan from Quick Cash Advance and failing to pay it back. I never received a loan from this company. Man said there was a pending lawsuit against me and if I fought it, I would owe $5484. But....if I pay $654.95 right now, it all goes away. I asked for documentation of this loan and he said it would come after I paid....riiiiiiiight. I asked, if I have a court date at 11am tomorrow, why had I not been notified in writing. He said the company had tried to email me 16 times. Not true. I asked at what courthouse is this lawsuit being filed. He said the nearest one to me....seriously. Lastly, he said his name is Melvin Alston. This is a scam.
I just got the same call from this 404-445-0485, he said i owed that cash advance company $745.00 but if i paid $300 tomorrow the rest of it would be taken care of.
