Looks like stealing is a family affair.
Federal law (FDCPA) requires them to send you a letter (US MAIL ONLY) within 5 days of their first contact that contains their name, physical address, the creditor’s name, and the amount of the alleged debt. It also must contains “mini-Miranda” telling you that it is an attempt to collect a debt and that all information will be used for those purposes. The one other important thing that this letter must also have in it is that you have a right to dispute the debt within 30 days of receipt of the letter and if you do so, all collection activity must be stopped until the debt is verified.

The company actually gave me a completely different email address. NOT GOOGLE OR GMAIL - Please share it with us.
and they sent me validation of the debt I owed by mail and email as I requested. - Ahhh..Richard, for shame on you letting them send it via email - Federal law dictates that they must send it via the USPS - Email is not acceptable - it's people like you that fall into their trap!
Seem very professional and legit to me. At least my credit won't be affected anymore. Ahh..Richard - again your being feed with white lies - Don't you know that even if you pay "D Wilkerson and Assoc" that any amount that you do not pay again can become collectable by another company and since you "Started the process again" by aging the debt to current, you on the hook! Best of Luck with that!!
I just don't think the people or person that left comments want to pay their bills. And it's crazy how someone would stoop so low to put the wrong person responsible for the company private and personal information on a public site. If anything happens to that person the police can track where the message was sent from. #SAD -- Ahhh, Richard once again your so wrong - People pay their bills. I pay my bills. And any person could have gone to the Internet Registry and pulled up the same information I did - It's all public on the Internet. You see Richard it proves that the Southern Scum that set this up had no idea on how to use Privacy Guard to protect that information, so it's public domain. So Richard, who is the proper that runs the company?
