Called my cell phone and hung up after one ring. This may be the type of scammer that will call you, hang up and wait for your call back to see who it was - and then they come after you with a scam to get your money. I have seen reports on another web site where people receiving a call from this number are targeted by bogus debt collection, gift card winner, etc. So I would classify this call as a phishing type - especially if others out there are receiving calls like this.
