Who called from 4044455412

Disabled vet scam. .Asked for carl. I said wrong number, he proceeds fast talking, i cut him off and cut him down.  I send a monthly check, because my husband was a vet. He got quiet, i asked his name and address for his alleged  dav organization  he's just quiet.  I told him go pitch his lie to someone else,  nobody calls me  and try to out talk me and take my number off your scam list, you're speaking to a law enforcement officer.

Called, left no message; I do not answer numbers I don't recognize. Thank you to everyone who contributed info above.

Called asking for John Sinclair ,  I kept asking who, he hung up

Called me yesterday and left no message. Number now blocked from calling again.

I just answered a call from this number 4044455412. Caller (male voice) asked: is the man or the lady of the house there? I said this is the lady of the house. Then caller said, okay, we'll just call back, and then hung up.
