They don't leave a message.  I missed the call and called the # back and a recording stated the survey is closed.

This is one of those "you stayed at a resort recently, here's another opportunity"  scams.     Just report them to the do not call list and block them.    It is not a survey.  I repeat is not a survey.   Many sales and scams try to hide behind a false/non-existant survey to claim they have a right to call.
