Answered the phone but didn't say anything...no one on the other line said anything either and ended the call.

It's capital 1 finance. Not prank call

was offering me a $5,000.00 grant.......... he called it a "PD" Grant ............. caller had a heavy mid-eastern accent

Solicitation calls.  I am on the Do Not Call List for many years.  I will report.

404-455-9111.The caller middle eastern
accent said hello,I replied hello,this went
on for about 4 hellos each,finally the male
caller said This call is about a Microsoft
Computer,I replied not interested and hung
up.I was on the do not call list!
