The call was a very poor recording that didn't make a lot of sense, but seems to be a telephone version fo the "Nigerian 419" email scam where they claim they have a lot of money they want to give you.  The recording says this call is ONLY for "you" but they never mention any name, and want you to call them back ASAP.  I was not able to copy down the number, which they gave only once, very quickly.  Definitely a scam, and by a real amateur...
