I met the same guy..It is a scam for sure. He wanted me to send him $4000 to help him finish his contracting work in Ga so he could come back to PA to meet me. Do not trust him.

I was contacted by a man on dating site he claims to be Richard Hernderson of Philadelphia PA. but is in ga for business. he says is from Portugal has accent but i do not know what it should sound like. I am just leary could this be legit
