Who called from 4044653458

Called saying they were "driving around in our neighborhood" - said she was "Tiffany" - said company was Sparks Home Services & selling window washing services -

Hung up on me when I said we were on the do not call list.  Oh, and our house isn't visible from the street, so it always tickles me when these telemarketing scammers call saying they drove by my house.....

Called @ 7:30 pm EDT, no message. ID claims Out of area but I live in the 404 call zone. Suspect it is a political robocall.

Caller hung up when phone answering machine came on.

Caller asked for me by name (mispronounced terribly);  I hung up and tried to call back using caller ID shown.  phone did not ring, after a long pause heard rapid dial tone.   TRied again, same result....How do they call with ID showing yet the number cannot be called to successfully.

Called today, hung up after 1 ring. Suspicious, to say the least.
