Yes I received a call from the company the name is Tristate-Financial...I spoke with the company that the loan had been received through and they had transferred the file to this office...the employees here are very generous and they are definitely will to work with you. i checked them on the secretary of state website for georgia and they indeed are for real.

I received a threatening phone call from this number, stating they were going to turn over a bill due to the courts here in my town. They did not disclose who the company was that they represent. They said they will put a lien on my vehicle. These people are abusive and threatening and they need to be stopped. I invited them sue me for their bill...and she hung up on me.
Just stating the obvious, the first two posts are from the morons that work there. It's a complete scam, they don't validate debt, and they leave threatening/illegal voice mails.
Write the Attorney General in Georgia and complain about them. They won't be around for long.
This company called me and a relative of mine regarding a debt that is over and I do mean overn 10 years old. Threatening court action. I will take the time to file all necessary complaints against them. Told me I was due in court. This post about them being generous is also fraudulent, probably posted by the company if an employee is smart enough to figure out phone review system. Being a for real company doesn't make them a legitimate business. Hence the word fraudulent and law breaking.
