called me at 11pm but they didnt say anything when i answered

Called at 12:00 a.m. when called back they have a message recorded that is so stipid you can't tell if it is for real.

Have received several calls night and early morning no one answers-- Is there a block for these 404 numbers--

Call the number back, it is a riot.
