this is the first call i have gotten from "Scott C". No message. If you're really interested in blocking this type of call, buy a Digitone unit. Cost me $100. Works great. Just press "block" twice after any call like this, and you won't get them anymore. I got tired of complaining to the Texas and National do not call people. It's a waste of my time and tax dollars. By the way, I am not a salesman for Digitone.
Even though you are registered on the "do not call list", you still have to go back to the "do not call list" and enter each and every phone no. that calls you, and do the file complaint thing.
