Missed a called....

Received a call today, answered and the guy said he was wanting to give me a quote on car insurance for Allstate.  When I told him that I was not interested he hung up on me without even saying thank you or good bye!  Rude!!

im about sik of this number calling me this is the 8th time in 2 months,.. and they keep hanging up when i answer.
