This is the second time they have called a government office. When I answered the phone last week, someone mumbled something or someone's name. The funny thing about this company calling, is they have called an law enforecement office with countless law enforcement officials!
The lady that answers the phone is rude and I believe very unintelligent. I told her that I was not the person she was looking for, however, the phone number belonged to that guy a year or more ago. She didn't believe me, because she said that this guy's name appears on her phone when I called. I told her that her computer program is doing this. She didn't believe me and still thinks I am that guy. You can't fix stupid.
This number called Nov 4, 2014 at 11:25am PST
I didn't pick up as I never answer numbers I don't recognize.
They left a voice message that said something about a court summons
and that I should call them.
I haven't received a summons or anything through the mail
from any agency.
Looks like a scam to me given all the posts here.
Got a call from them earlier this morning. I do not have an account with Kay Jewelers so I have no idea what they would be calling me for. I'll just log this caller as SPAM.... thanks, everyone!
