Got a call from them and the message said. it was from the check fraud division and wanted to schedule a schedule of process and wanted to know if I wanted an attorney present. First off I don't and never had checks. When i call back no one answers the phone and then I try again and a women answers and I ask her right off what is the name of here company she can not give it to me then I say what checks have I written can not give me that information. I told her that if they call me again I am calling the police with there information and letting the BBB know what is going on. She hung up the phone, I then proceeded to call her back and she answered again I also told her that my call are being recorded. She hung up again.
I know rite, I call the number back as well they told me the same thing about a check that I have wrote and Im saying in my mind I know I have never wrote a bad check so she wouldnt give me any information and I told her if thats the case she needed to be talking to me and not other people. She hung up the phone and I told her I was going to press charges on her for harrassing me with false information. She was not calling my house she was calling my aunt number so I didn't understand that one.
I got a call and the lady by the name of christine Brown told me I had a unpaid loan of $924.60 and I had a 1hr to pay unless they where gonna prosicute. She would not send me any information regarding this loan and I had only 1/2 hrs to send this money. I called ACE and they said I dont have any loans with them its all a scam. 404 492-5837
I dont know about yall but when i spoke to Ms. Brown she was really trying to help me she didnt want to me to have my legal rights violated and i appreciate that. When we first spoke we got off on the wrong foot and she really did send my file to Pima County and i had a letter from the attrny office sent to me stating my charges I called Ms. Brown ASAP... she had my file faxed back to her and she helped me out with no hard feelings. THANX MS.BROWN...BTW for all of the people that thinks its a scam you have a long way to go and i wish you guys the best.
I had a very nice conversation with Ms. Brown.
She was working with me and didn't want to see charges filed against me.
She was helpful and willing to go that extra mile for me.
I was scared at first but she calmed me down quite a bit.
When I called back she was still very helpful and even told me the charges were dropped.
