This lady claimed to be collecting from a company I received an advance from 2 1/2 years ago. They are trying to take me to court to collect the debt. They had last 4 four of my social. I asked to send a letter to my address verifying the debt. She said I have no problem with that.....then she proceeded to tell me that she will tell the company that we spoke and to proceed with legal action. I said thats fine I would like a letter verifying the debt, then she said no problem and hung up. I have never had an advance with any company!!
Critical Resolution Mediation....a bunch of scammer's do not pay these people a dime no matter what they threaten you with ignore the calls and know you rights under The Fair debt Collection Practices Act.
I just received a call from this number a Amanda Butler answer the phone.
She had my last four digits of my SSN and my phone, she also stated that I have several outstanding bounce check from a bank call IBM Credit.
This woman with new York accent called and wanted to talk to Amber..I said she is my daughter she said o.k. Then she has bounced a check and we are going to serve her a warrant and she will be picked up next. Week. Then they hung up..then they called my daughter..but I didn't give out her number.
Keep getting threats and long voicemails saying she will submit this case to the courts as a fraudulent case ,refuses to disclose debtor or to send me letter of proof asked me to send money to Wells Fargo account. I asked not to be called again she conitinues to call . She say her name is Amanda butter from critical mediation...
