I called my Congressman about this earlier today, not sure what can be done, but he his checking into it. Maybe EVERYONE should be calling your congressmen. Maybe if they get really tired of hearing from us they will try to do something about it.
I have received calls from this number, and from multiple other numbers with the same recorded message.
It is all part of a credit card rip-off scheme. They pretend to be from "account services" to help you get a credit card re-finance. Then they get your numbers and then they rip you off.
