when I called the numer back I got a recording telling me it was the National Association of Police Athletic League calling for donations for their programs, and they would be contacting me at a later time. Also left a contact number of 1-800-396-1757. I called it and they have a pre-recorded message with options, one of which is a do-not-call list for their company. Very simple. Hope this helps someone.
