You can report scammers who use Google's name when auto or robo calling you. Please go to https://support.google.com/business/contact/rbc_form?hl=en and complete as much data as you can. This will empower Google to prosecute them on your behalf.
Obvious scam. People there claim to be "Google account executives" and state that businesses that do not pay Google a monthly listung fee no longer appear in Google. "You can wire us funds today by Western Union. We don't accept credit cards due to fraud." Yeah, right, lol.
