I received a call from a John Davis at 404-552-5136. The number came up as a private caller. When I called him back, he didn't answer, but called me right back. He told me that he was with Atlanta Leagal Service and it came up that I had an accident on yesterday. I asked him why he was calling me, because I had not called him. He said that I was entitled to pain and suffering. I told him that I was not interested.
Tuesday 08/04/09 - I received a phone call from this JOKER exactly described as above. Called from a blocked number, left me a message to call him back at 404-552-5136, but never answered. He then called me again, I answered the phone, he told me that he saw I was involved in an accident and that I was entitled to pain and suffering. When I told him that I thought calling from a blocked #, and only giving out his name was "SHADY BUSINESS" - he cut off me, raised his voice, threw a tantrum and said "WELL DONT WORRY ABOUT IT THEN!" and hung up on me! This guy is a JOKE, don't waste your time. Also, he doesn't appear on the State Bar of Georgia as a licensed attorney - BEWARE!!
and a couple of days later John Davis called me twice within 1 hour from a blocked number. He left a message with only his name and number. I did not call back but he called again from 404-552-5136. I asked him how he got my number and he said from the police department. He said I was entitled to pain and suffering. I told him there was no pain and suffering and then he cut me off and yelled and said THANK GOD FOR THAT- HAVE A NICE DAY and hung up.
