Caller told me they would be at my home to clean air ducts tomorrow. I asked if this was a telemarketing call - she said no. I told her that we are on the no call list. At first she responded that she had never heard of the no call list and then she asserted that the lists were a scam - according to her - these lists were being sold to telemarketing firms identified as people who wanted to be called. She told me that someone would be at my home tomorrow at 3:00. This was not a service we had ordered or wanted. I told them I would not let them in - she said they would be here anyways and did not need to be let in - they would do the work from the outside and then she hung up.
Our answering machine received the call. Said Air Duct Cleaning on the caller ID. No message was left. Their second call. Using a call blocker to block them now.
