Who called from 4045660625

This people are contacting me via e-mail because allegedly I won a lottery prize in Canada

And you know it's a scam, right? If you don't - yes, it is a scam.

It's an Atlanta tel #.  I don't understand how these people can get away with their scam putting a U.S. phone number in there.  Seems like it would be easy for the bunko squad to run them down.  Someone should report this to the Atlanta Police Department.
