Got the call today . No name was shown the number was shown. They call every 10 minutes the past two days. I reported it to the federal trade commission. They use all types of tricks including using AT&T's name as the caller.
It was from a call center - Indian Male - Said he was with the card management center working with VISA and MASTERCARD. I put him off as long as I could because I asked why should I give him my card information if he already had it - "for verification" was his reply, so I stupidly gave him my card numbers (2 cards) and 3 digit codes on the back. A few hours later I Googled the number and found out about the scam. My cards have now been canceled = new ones to be issued. I'll never do that again.
