Who called from 4045667767

I picked up the phone and a canned message says it's Todd from GE Home Security. I don't think Todd is its real name because it's just a recording.

The caller said they were from GE Home Security. He went into a spiel about home security. I hung up. I am on the DNC call list and have never dealt with GE Home Security. This might be some kind of scam.

Calling three times a day, no message. ATL must be the new market for scam call centers
